- Guests, after their arrival, must show them up to the reception to deliver their identity document, which will be returned after registration. An identification bracelet will be given to guests, to be wear for the entire duration of the stay, in order to allow it in everywhere the recognition. The balance of the stay, must be made on arrival, before the delivery of the keys and can be done in cash (according to the regulations in force), credit card, bank transfer.
- The rates of the stay are related to the period of time from 3:00 pm (Check-in) on the day of arrival at 10:00 am (Check-out) on the day of departure.
- Meal times: Breakfast 8:00 am to 10:00 am / Dinner 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm.
- The Management doesn’t approve the presence of visitors in order to ensure a better service for the guests of the resort. If, however, you consider it essential to invite someone is required to register at the reception. These visitors, on the responsibility of the guests who receive them and like them are obliged to observe these rules and, in particular, they are required to show them up, on arrival, at the reception to deliver their identity document that will be returned on departure. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without permission from the Management.
- In the hours from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm and from 12:00 am to 7:30 am are forbidden noises which can disturb the quiet of other guests.
- In the rooms, and in the spaces in front of them, it’s forbidden to consume food and drinks, it is not possible to create gatherings, and it is not allowed to bring food from the outside.
- All furniture and water, sanitary, electric, sports equipment of the resort is according to the laws, their use will have to be in conformity with this and therefore it is absolutely forbidden both their damage and their unregulated use, in particular with other different devices.
- The customer grants permission to enter in the rooms, even in his/her absence, to the staff of the establishment to make ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and for any other intervention necessary for the performance of the activity.
- The resort Management assumes no responsibility for valuables belonging to guests, not delivered in custody at the reception .
- In the case of suspension of the supply of electricity due to Enel, or water due to the Aqueduct or for other reasons of major force, the Management declines all responsibility and is not obliged to any refund.
- The missing observation of the rules and/ or any other provisions issued by the resort Management, authorizes the same to take necessary measures. The damage caused to persons and/or to equipment in the resort is the direct responsibility of the persons who caused them.
