- Umbrellas' reservations must be nominative; therefore, it is not allowed their use to a third person, without the management's authorization.
- Both daily entrance and subscription's contracts must be paid at the beginning of the service.
- The subscription is personal and not-assignable.
- The Lido is open to the public for bathing, from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm.
- The lifesaving service is ensured from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm.
- Bar service is ensured from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm.
- For every rented equipment is included the price of the entrance at the establishment for up to 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 kids), it's not possible to go beyond this number because it could create unpleasant overcrowding.
- The accommodation on the beach is exclusively curated by staff members.
- It is forbidden to bring or eat food and beverages from outside.
- It is absolutely forbidden any game on the sandy shore except in the places specifically created.
- It is forbidden to bring or keep inside the Lido every kind of animal, even if they have a muzzle or a leash; except guide dogs for visually impaired people.
- It is forbidden to use shampoo or soap in the shower.
- It is forbidden to throw cigarettes on the sandy shore. Ask the ashtray at the reception.
- It is forbidden to move sunbeds or sun loungers from an umbrella to another or towards the shore; or to stop on the shore in front of the umbrellas with towels or else; or to stay on the lifeboat, touching its equipment.
- The management is not responsible of any theft, under the umbrellas and in the whole Lido.
- In case of bad meteorological conditions, we will proceed to ensure safety to our guests, by limiting the services:
- a) closing the umbrellas in case of wind;
- b) assignment of a new umbrella in case of sea storm;
- c) closure of the establishment in case of bad weather.
- The validity and the effects of subscription's contracts and daily tickets, are subordinated to the punctual respect, from clients, of the listed conditions in this regulation. However, due to the expressed agreement, the violation of just one of these conditions, gives the right to the establishment's owner, to ask the termination of the contract, with the suspension of services and the consequent loss of the sums paid.
- The parking service for the establishment's guests is within the limit of availability. The parking lot is guarded; therefore, we reject every responsibility for any kind of damage or theft. The vehicle's introduction in the parking lot implies the acceptance of the following regulation. (Lido's subscription gives right to the parking lot to only one vehicle).
